This tool claims to support the booting of a *BSD kernel in ELF format
from DOS.  I say "claims" because the documentation is in Japanese and
it's very difficult to verify much of anything, including the usage
instructions.  Nonetheless, it is provided here in hopes that it may
be useful to someone, somewhere.  All standard caveats apply!  -jkh
